Our newlywed’s UGA State Botanical Gardens Wedding was fun, romantic, and filled with joy!  We knew this crew would be so much fun after our winter engagement session we had with Erin and Brad.  The conservatory greenhouse at the UGA State Botanical Gardens is the perfect place for an indoor Athens wedding; especially if it happens to rain (theme for the year lately).

Bride and Groom First Look

Erin and Brad chose to have a first look which is important for so many reasons!  Our couples most comment that they love that it is personal time they get to spend by themselves intimately on their wedding day.  The second best reason is they ALWAYS get more bride and groom portraits because we’re not crunched for time trying to get to the reception after bridal party and family portraits.  If you want to read more about a first look, you can do that here.

Erin and brad exchanged their vows in front of family and friends who literally traveled from all over the world to celebrate alongside of them.  Heather of Georgia Grace Weddings helped them pull off a flawless event, too!  As you scroll down, you’ll see there wasn’t a dry eye in the house!  We are so excited for these two and this next season as the embark on being newlyweds.  We continue to pray God blesses them, covers them in a hedge of protection, and makes all of their wildest dreams come true!

The space in the greenhouse at the Botanical Gardens was quickly flipped into a gorgeous reception space decorated with romantic florals and geometric candle globes!   Not only did JL Designs bring the beauty, but Trump’s Catering literally made their display into art! Check out the fruit carvings!  This was a wedding reception to remember!  Everyone danced the night away until the very end.  We are so thankful to Erin and Brad for allowing us the joy of capturing this big day for them!
