In order to give each of my couples the experience they deserve, I take on a LIMITED number of weddings per month and per year. Once you find out your date is available, turn your dreams into a reality by securing it right away. Upon booking, I always suggest you celebrate with a "happy dance" - these are the first big decisions you will be making as a couple and they deserve to be celebrated! I will then mail you a beautiful 55 page Bridal Guide to help you plan your wedding and get the most out of your Five Fourteen Photography Experience.
Securing Your Wedding Date
Now, the fun begins! Once you've secured your date, we start planning the Engagement Session. Go ahead and start thinking about a location that is meaningful to you. Don't worry if you don't have one; I have plenty of beautiful suggestions all over the Atlanta and North Georgia area. Your only job during the e-session is to HAVE FUN and LOVE EACH OTHER! That's it! It's my job to make you feel comfortable and like a pro - and trust me, you WILL!
Engagement Session
I tell all of my brides, "Weddings are my LIFE. I want to be here for you beyond just your images". I mean that with every ounce of my soul! Everything from Vendor Recommendations, Dress Shops, and planning your timeline with your Photography in mind - I've got you covered! A few weeks before your big day, we will walk through your timeline, go over your family shot list, and answer any last questions you may have. Rest assured that when I arrive on your big day, you will be at ease knowing to expect a joyful and stress free experience!
Planning The Details
Eeeeeek! It's FINALLY HERE! Your only job on your wedding day is to look pretty and have fun! All eyes will be on you and you can relax knowing that I am on your dream-team of vendors and that I will do everything in my power to ensure you have a flawless day! I will work my tail off to provide you with timeless, classic, AND creative images that you will cherish forever.
Your Wedding Day
After your wedding day, I get right to work on editing your images to match our bright and colorful style while also ensuring your skin is flawless. Once your Online Gallery is ready, you will receive that beloved email that says "OPEN TOGETHER". We suggest cuddling up on the couch together with a glass of wine (or coffee) as you scroll through them. You may also want to keep a box of tissues nearby; all of the sweet emotions will come flooding back as you relive your wedding day through your images.
Gallery Delivery
When is the last time you used a CD? Odds are you may not have ever. Digital storage devices are so ever-changing that they are becoming obsolete as soon as they arrive on the shelves of your favorite store! The handcrafted Signature Heirloom Wedding Album is one thing that will never fade and it is the one area where my couples typically choose to invest more in! All of my clients get an heirloom album and soon after gallery delivery we will begin the design process. We will work together on a design you love with the images you love most! Once you finalize your design and pick any desired upgrades, it won't be long before your final item from your Five Fourteen Wedding Photography Experience is in your hands.

We were fortunate enough to be able to work with Jess for our third attempt at getting married during the pandemic. After scrambling to move our wedding to another state at the last minute due to travel restrictions, she stepped right in and took a year’s worth of planning and squeezed it into 3 weeks time. She was comprehensive, without overwhelming us as we made a million changes. She also stepped up and took control of our day (we no longer had our wedding planner with us) in a way that helped us capture everything, but knew when to give us our space and time to give us our private moments. She helped make our now micro wedding feel so full. Her second photographer, was also incredible and both worked so well together as a team. Both women were amazing, and helped make our day feel so special! She knew our venue so well, and our photos were SO beautiful. These are photos we are going to cherish for the rest of our lives!

Of course! Typically, 8 hours is plenty, but you may want to add more time to ensure you get that epic exit shot (9-10 hours). Because of demand, the most important thing is to secure your wedding date as soon as possible; we can always add more coverage as we get closer to your date and as we begin planning your photographic timeline based on your specific needs.
CAN YOU HELP ME DETERMINE HOW MUCH WEDDING DAY COVERAGE I WILL NEED?
A typical gallery can include anywhere between 600-900 photos; the exact amount varies for each wedding depending on the hours of coverage you have. Your online gallery will include your beautifully edited, high-resolution files that you can download and print anywhere you'd like. You will also have the option to order beautiful prints and canvases (through our professional lab) directly from your gallery and have them shipped right to your front door in a speedy timeline!
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL OUR GALLERY INCLUDE, AND CAN WE PRINT THE PHOTOS OURSELVES?
Yes! I LOVE traveling for my clients! For a destination wedding, or any wedding requiring travel 90 minutes or more each way, I ask that you reserve a two-night stay (the night before and the night of your wedding) in a nearby hotel. I may also add travel fees to any wedding requiring more than 2 hours of travel from my home in Gainesville, Georgia. Please inquire for more details!

The engagement session is included in my most popular wedding packages because I truly believe that it is a VITAL part of the entire process.
During your engagement session, you’ll have the chance to get to know me and experience how I shoot and how I handle posing and lighting. This session will make a HUGE impact on how your wedding day flows! I will arrive on your wedding day already knowing how you two interact, what your favorite side is, what your best poses are and how to photograph you in a genuine way! What I will learn about you during your engagement session is invaluable, and you will feel like such a pro on your big day because of the great practice you had during your engagement session.
ARE ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS NECESSARY?
You can order your album at any time; however, you receive a better deal when ordered with a package. My Signature Heirloom Wedding Albums are professionally designed from beginning to end to tell the story of the day as it unfolds. The pages are thick, flush-mounted, and beautifully coated to withstand a lifetime of enjoyment. These are the kind of heirlooms that will still be beautiful when your great grandchildren flip through them!
Because CDs, USB Drives, and other digital media will likely be obsolete in a few years, it’s important to include my Signature Heirloom Wedding Albums as part of my wedding packages to protect your memories. Your Signature Heirloom Wedding Album will always be that one tangible memoir that will never fade, allowing it to be passed down and enjoyed for generations to come.
WHY DO YOU RECOMMEND A SIGNATURE HEIRLOOM WEDDING ALBUM INSTEAD OF USB DRIVES?
It is my goal that your wedding day runs as smoothly as it possibly can! To ensure this, I include timeline planning as part of our preparation process for all couples. We start planning months in advance so that on your wedding day, you will know exactly what time to have your hair and make-up completed, when we will start getting you in your dress, when the portraits begin, and even when it is time to hide before your guests arrive.
I also have a few other organizational techniques up my sleeve; such as planning a comprehensive family shot list. We go over this list together and walk through all the possible combinations and options to ensure that no family member is inadvertently forgotten. Leave the hard work up to me - I can plan the perfect photographic experience for your wedding day!
