Yonah Mountain Vineyards Wedding Pictures | Leasa+Spenser
When we pulled into Yonah Mountain Vineyards Wedding Venue just the other week, I couldn’t believe it was already time for Leasa and Spenser’s wedding day! It seems like just yesterday we met them for their engagement session where she blew us away with her dreamy blush pink flowing skirt and her precious horse, Hobo. You guys remember that amazing session, right?!

Leasa’s bridal gown was a fitted lace v-neck with a button down silk train and let me say she looked simply stunning in it!!!
Our bride and her sweet bridesmaids spent the morning getting ready in the bridal suite at Yonah Mountain Vineyards. This is one joyful group of ladies! A big theme throughout the day that you will see, is heirlooms… they were everywhere! Leasa’s hairband was a piece of her mom’s wedding veil; this is just the beginning of the heirlooms. You’ll see mom surprised her with a sweet note inside of her dress; she had a note embroidered with her grandfather’s handwriting and it was one of the most touching things to witness when she read it. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room – including myself!
The image below says it all, the joy a bride feels when she sees herself in the mirror for the first time! Goodness, we are so blessed that we get to document such a joyful and exciting day for such amazing couples!
Our bride chose to have a bridesmaid reveal. This is a sweet option because it allowed just Leasa and her mom to be in the room as she got ready, a moment her mother will always cherish and a reaction her best friends will never forget.
These gorgeous coordinating burgundy bridesmaids dresses have us all ready for fall! Pay extra close attention to all of the floral design; Leasa’s mom, Debbie made every single bouquet, boutonniere, and centerpiece for the entire wedding day.
Leasa was a simply stunning bride! Not only is she naturally beautiful, but she’s also full of joy and it just radiates in everything she does! Her wedding dress with the illusion straps was surely made just for her!
When we pulled up to Yonah Mountain Vineyards, we met Spenser first – he had just finished setting the ceremony cross that he had hand built all by himself! All day Leasa kept telling me how kind, thoughtful, and what an amazing man her “Spensy” is. These two know they are soulmates and we couldn’t agree more!
There are several locations to chose from that you can have your wedding ceremony at on the property of Yonah Mountain Vineyards. I do believe Kensington Hill is my new favorite! The view here is breath-taking! There was a hawk flying overhead the entire ceremony, and even a grouping four biplanes – which wasn’t planned but a very cool treat!
As Leasa stepped out of the Tesla that escorted her to the aisle, her groom locked eyes with her and he never looked anywhere else! In front of the mountain, tucked away in the vineyard, they shared their vows to each other in front of their dearest family and friends. They potted an Olive Tree with soil from both of their childhood homes together and they sealed the deal with the sweetest kiss ever.
I’ll say it again, I LOVE these fall colors! The men were sharp in their navy suits and the ladies radiated beauty in their burgundy bridesmaid dresses. It may have been pretty hot on that mountain but it was Leasa and Spenser who brought the fire 😉
Finally!!! If you’ve followed us for some time you know this is our favorite portion of the day. We love the bride and groom portraits not only because the couple is so high on their emotions that’s its impossible to take a bad picture (especially with this beautiful couple) but because we know that it is these images that will grace their walls, mantles, and album for a lifetime to come. These images will one day be a part of the family heirloom collection. These newlyweds officially rocked their images by the way! Just scroll through and see how beautiful…
Leasa’s Cathedral length veil is officially the longest one we have ever photographed! This is also now my new favorite image! Seriously ya’ll, I put this image on our website the very next day after the wedding!
It’s officially time to party!!! The reception space was decorated completely with floral decor all designed by Leasa’s mom and filled with family heirlooms everywhere! The sweetheart table for the newlyweds was a table from her grandparent’s home, the car they drove off in is the exact car that her parents drove off in on their wedding night, and the teapots and vases the centerpieces were all made in are all from the family. You just don’t get any more sentimental than that!
Leasa and Spenser, thank you so much for allowing us the honor of celebrating alongside you and your family! We were truly honored to capture your big day for you! May these images always bring you joy and may your marriage be blessed abundantly for your lifetime!
