Cornelia Georgia Engagement Photos | Danielle & Brandon | Grier Peach Orchard
Danielle contacted me a few months ago about engagement photos in the spring. We set a date and picked a local park for the location. As we got closer to their date however, I was dreaming of the lush, pink, and fluffy peach blossoms that were blooming just down the street at a local orchard. So naturally, I was ecstatic when she and Brandon agreed to meet there instead!!!
It could not have been a more gorgeous day! There wasn’t a cloud in the sky! I will say that it had just rained the two days before and we missed the “fluffy” part of the blooms, as the weather had knocked many of them off. Thankfully there was still enough blooms on the trees that these two didn’t think I must have been dreaming! Ha!
We actually started out the session in a beautiful crop of turnips! We didn’t disturb the crop, we carefully stepped around it. I know they were turnips because you could see them, and according to Google the yellow flowers were canola, like cooking oil canola. Who knew you could plant the two together? Unless Google is wrong and the crop was neither of the two? Either way I’m thankful for the farmer who gave us permission to use his land!
Danielle and Brandon are a truly sweet couple! Rick and I loved getting to know them and hearing their story of how they met, how he proposed, and the plans they are making for their 2017 wedding at the Cornelia Community House in Georgia. Listening and watching the two of them interact reminded me how God gives us our perfect mate and how we each balance each other out. It made my heart happy to hear one encouraging the other. It reminds me of Rick, and how he’s always my cheerleader. May the husbands never stop encouraging their wives, and may us wives never stop lifting up our husbands! Here’s to another great couple! Congratulations Danielle and Brandon! Thank you for letting us capture your engagement! We can’t wait for your wedding next year!
