Villa Christina Atlanta Wedding Venue at Hyatt Regency Atlanta

This wedding at the Villa Christina Atlanta Wedding Venue was simply gorgeous and so much fun! It turned out to be the most beautiful Saturday we’ve had all year and this is my new favorite wedding venue! Because the Villa Christina has such gorgeous and manicured grounds, there were so many beautiful locations to take Tiffany and Jermaine’s Bride and Groom portraits! The staff at the Hyatt also goes well above and beyond to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. I’m still on cloud 9 from this wedding and get a little weepy and whole lot joyful scrolling through these images!

We first met Tiffany and Jermaine at the Georgia Bridal Show last June; I can’t believe it’s been nearly a year since then! These two sweet, kind, and laid back lovebirds discovered each other online not even knowing they were working in the same hospital on the same shift! Seven years earlier they also were practically neighbors in South Florida and never even knew each other; and here they are now together in the big city of Atlanta! Talk about divine intervention! Did you know about 1/3rd of married couples met online in 2015? Did you just read that and envision the match.com commercial? I did! 🙂

Tiffany started the day getting ready in a suite at the Villa Christina Wedding Venue with her beautiful bridesmaids, her sweet mom, and her new mother-in-law. If there’s anything we can recommend about getting ready in a hotel, it’s to Get a Suite! All of the extra room, space, and window light gives room for gorgeous images! These images of Tiffany and her mom, Cynthia getting her all buttoned up into her wedding dress are some of my new favorites! You can just feel the sweet bond between this mother-daughter pair. As a mother myself, it just hits my sappy heart in the right spot!

Jermaine and his guys were just a fun group! His dad, Howard was by far our most joyful, proud, and fun best-man to date! I can’t count how many times he said things like “that’s my boy”, “thats my heart”, and he never stopped smiling all day as looked in amazement at the connection his son and new daughter-in-law have.

Tiffany and Jermaine opted for a First Look, and I’m so excited that they did! Just look at their portraits from this time!!! Gah! Helloooooooo beautifuls! Look at the smile on Jermaine’s face… it says it all! This is why we love what we do… we get the honor of capturing these memories for our clients to have forever, there is not much that is more satisfying in this world (when it comes to work, that is)! From beginning to end this entire wedding wedding was all smiles, lots of laughs, and a whole lot of dancing!

Speaking of dancing, I have to give a shout out to some of the amazing vendors we worked with… First off, the Wedding Coordinator was by far the most well organized coordinator we’ve ever worked with! Aisha was on top of everything, super friendly, and made sure to keep each vendor in the loop; I can’t say enough good things about Luxe W. Events! One of the bonuses of having your wedding in a Hotel setting is that there is no traveling on your big day. You get ready, get married, and have your reception in the same place as you lay your head down when it’s all over (this is also great if the guests plan on drinking)!
