Our bride and Groom’s big day at the Chateau Elan Wedding Venue in Braselton, Georgia was perfect!  When I say perfect – I mean that it didn’t just rain, it stormed all day! …BUT at the end of the day they still had a gorgeous romantic wedding ceremony – even when it was moved indoors to the gorgeous Atrium located inside the Chateau Elan Inn.  Marjolein and Dylan still looked amazing all dressed up, they still whispered the same sweet vows they would have if they were outside, they still danced to the same first dance song, and when the wedding was officially over, they were still married to each other!  It was perfect just the way it was!!!

Getting Ready at the Resort

Our bride and groom both had beautiful and spacious rooms at the Chateau Elan Inn located on the property of the Winery & Resort.  Marjolein spent the morning with her joyful bridesmaids in these adorable matching robes while they had their hair and makeup complete by the talented Bushworx Hair & Makeup.  Her bridal hair and makeup were flawlessly gorgeous and just look at how beautiful MJ was in her lace wedding dress!

First Look

We are always excited when our bride and groom tell us they want to have a first look before the wedding ceremony!  Marjolein and Dylan were so sweet!  When Dylan turned around to see his bride for the first time all dressed up in her gorgeous form fitting lace wedding gown, he couldn’t help but embrace her with the sweetest tight hug.  These two are so great together!

I just LOVE the way our groom, Dylan looks at his bride!!! He was the happiest guy on earth!  Our favorite part of the day is the time we get to spend with just the bride and groom creating beautiful images for them that they will literally cherish for their lifetime.  Even though it stormed outside, the Atrium inside the Chateau Elan Wedding Venue is a beautiful location for their romantic portraits.

We can’t get enough of these southern-chic bridesmaids dresses with a purple floral pattern!!! They’re so romantic and elegant and we love the step away from the traditional solid color. These gorgeous bouquets from JL Designs match the ladies so perfectly!  The groomsmen look sharp in their grey suits, too!

Chateau Elan Wedding Ceremony

As our bride was escorted down the aisle by her brother, her groom locked eyes with her and never looked away!  This is why we LOVE what we do!  They exchanged vows, slid their wedding rings on each others fingers, wrapped their hands together in a hand-tying ceremony, and finally exchanged their first kiss of marriage.  They’re married!  Their wedding ceremony was sweet and personal – we’re so blessed to have witnessed it.

Winery, Resort, & Vineyard Pictures

Is that sunshine?!  Yes!!!  Just minutes before they were to make their entrance into the Chateau Elan Wedding Reception, the sun came out.  We made a SUPER QUICK getaway to the winery to take these gorgeous images of them and returned them to their party ASAP.  The staff at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort is so accommodating and professional – I have to mention that they pushed the reception timeline back just so the bride and groom could have these images and they handled it like a Disney experience!  If you’ve never been to Disney, they pride themselves on being the best in the world.  I’m so thankful for their (Chateau Elan’s) amazing staff!  Just look at these gorgeous golden hour images in the winery…

Chateau Elan Wedding Reception

The second best part of the day is when everyone cuts loose and dances the night away on the dance floor of the reception.  DJ Mike Jones brings the party, too!  All of the family and friends had an amazing time, enjoyed a delicious gourmet meal, drank the best wine there is, and celebrated the newlyweds in style!
