Anna and Marc’s Country Club of the South Wedding was a day full of joy, friends laughing, lovers uniting, promise making, vows exchanging, kissing, and of course, dancing!  We first met these two at the Elite Events Georgia Bridal show last year. We loved them, their story, and their sweet spirits from the beginning but we loved them even more after getting to know them better during their Engagement Session at Westside Provisions!   

Anna and Marc are an eHarmony success story! Seriously! She knew he was something special when he prayed for them at their first date! Yes… God is using the internet for His divine purposes, too! When Marc proposed he made an elaborate plan that included puzzle pieces that had Anna running all over Atlanta reliving memorable moments from their time together dating. The night ended at Piedmont park where he got down on one knee and asked Anna to be his bride! How sweet is he?!

The Wedding day started out at the Country Club of the South; it had been raining all morning but we had all been praying for days… by the time we got started, the sun started peeking its way through the clouds and God’s Glory was revealed in more ways than one! Their beautiful service at Christ the King included Anna and Marc serving the communion to their dearest family and friends. I felt so full of joy and thankfulness that God lets me witness these beautiful moments and capture them for our clients through our lenses! With each wedding, I have a deeper appreciation and love for Rick and our own marriage!

We had several hours between the ceremony and the reception, so we found a nearby park and riverfront for portrait fun with the bride, groom, and bridal party! From there we went to the beautiful reception hall at the Country Club of the South where they all enjoyed an amazing meal, cake, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream, and dancing!

The personal touches at the reception were so meaningful; every milk glass centerpiece was part of Anna’s mom’s personal collection, they continued the puzzle piece theme from the engagement in place of a guest book, and each table number was actually a significant fact about their relationship! These two are creative, sweet, humble, and most importantly, loving! Anna and Marc thank you guys so much for trusting us to capture your day, and for welcoming us into your circle like good friends!
