Rachel and Matthew reached out to me for newlywed photography and I couldn’t have been more excited! They wound up choosing Montaluce Winery from a list of locations I provided them, for where they wanted their photos to take place. They had already gotten married in their hometown in Virginia, but wanted this photo session to capture their honeymoon in the Northeast Georgia Mountains.

Rachel and Matthew chose to take their honeymoon in the Mountains because of their love of the outdoors, hiking, and road trips. While they were here, they hiked along the trails in Helen, Georgia and explored the wilds of Dahlonega and Cleveland! So, when I handed them a list of locations they absolutely needed to visit, they fell in love with Montaluce Winery!

Montaluce Winery 

If you’ve never heard of the Montaluce Winery, it’s a Tuscany inspired winery and includes a beautiful restaurant and tasting room! It even has a Tuscan villa nearby, which is composed of a quaint village of gorgeous residential & VRBO homes. Montaluce Winery also has beautiful hiking trails that wind through a nearby forest, so it’s easy to see why Rachel and Matthew fell in love with this place!

I was hoping that they would choose this place because it’s absolutely so beautiful, and I was so excited when they did! We were able to pull off the perfect newlywed photography session utilizing the gorgeous spaces all throughout this location. They absolutely loved their time here and so did I!
